How do you print a DRAFT invoice?

I can print invoices after they are sent or after they are paid.  I would like to be able to use the draft invoice as estimates so they will not show up in my sales, but I need to print them for the customer.

There isn't currently a way to print invoice drafts from the Dashboard, @Clay, but I can see how that would be useful.

I would really like to do the same thing 

I'm asked for quotes all the time and I would like to print a estimate then have the ability to turn that estimate in to an invoice
