Hi, I note in the Square online there is a gift message option available at the item level, however for some businesses this can cause confusion as customers leave multiple messages for each item in their basket but the order can only go to one address. Would it be possible to add a gift message box during the final steps of checkout to cover a single gift message for the whole order? Sometimes customers leave a note in the notes section at checkout asking if we can add a gift message card, but it would be nice to show/highlight we offer a gift message service at checkout. For our business we are missing out on the gifting opportunities for online orders which is massive.
We also have customers ask if we can include a gift recipt ie a receipt with details of the transaction but omitting the costs of an order. At the moment gift recipts can only be printed from the POS, however unlike a full recipt this can not be done from Square Online on a regular office printer.
Any chance this could be looked at for this years festive season? Many thanks
