Filtering clients by Square Appointment date

I want to be able to download a list of my recent Square Appointments clients, regardless of their method of payment. I have figured out how to export a CSV of filtered clients, but it appears the Last Visit field refers to last payment via Square and not last visit using Square Appointments. How can I filter my clients to show only people who have recently booked a session via Square Appointments?

I went to check on this, and the ability to export a file that contains both client and appointment date information is not available at this time.

 

For now, I'd suggest referring to your Customer Directory. From there, you can view your client information along with when they last made a purchase from the Point of Sale app. In addition, you can view your client appointment activity from your Calendar.

 

So that I can share some more insight with our Appointments Team, can you share more information on why it would be helpful for you to export clients with appointment date? Thanks for your patience as we're constantly iterating based on seller feedback.

Thanks for writing Tom. This is important to me because I want to be able to pull all recent appointments into a report so that I can follow up with clients via email to ask for a review on Google or get other feedback about the appointment.

 

Only a small percentage of my appointments pay by credit card, but 100% of my appointments are booked using Square Appointments, so it's vital for me to be able to run a report on my appointments (not just transactions) so that I can  run analytics and interact with my clients easily post-appointment. Thanks for your consideration.
