Feature Request: Schedule classes + group sessions + multiple clients during one time slot

Has anyone successfully used Appointments to schedule classes taught to clients/gneeral public?  Looking for tips. Thanks!

Yet another obvious feature that square has taken years to not even implement. This is why we just signed up for Open Table, a $250 a month service, because this is such a dire need for our restaurant to operate. Hell, "appointments" is such a butchered repurposed feature, it hardly qualifies as a table reservation function.

I'm offering meeting space - it's a 1 hour time slot but the appointments booking only lets me select one hour at a time per booking. I'd want people to be able to select the meeting space for multiple consecutive hours (e.g. three 1-hour time slots from 12:00pm - 3:00pm) - I can't figure out how to do this without requiring my customers to book three separate 1-hour appointments.

We're still tracking requests so we'll be sure to update the thread if this ever becomes available.

I’ve been following this help thread since starting my business waiting for you to come through on your side of things and add in a solution for this requested feature. We didn’t even require a full classes option just anything better than the hassle of manually double booking clients, a headache most of us are trying to avoid by having the option of online booking integrated with our payment system. (And a core feature several scheduling systems have which we remain completely unable to offer using yours)

This year we even had a boost in the types of businesses that have a big need for the feature. For years people with new requests get added on to this old thread and every time it’s adding more insult to the situation... “Welcome, please join the line of other politely greeted, still disappointed business owners we’re not giving any sort of work around or solution.”

3 years ago I still believed you that it was a priority and you would work on it. Right now I really want to know why you haven’t been able to show this community thread any progress or real support in over 4 years???

My best solution for square appointments is not to use it as it is designed as one on one. instead I list events and the offer tickets to my classes.

I teach parkour and need the ability to book 5 clients in each hour long time slot. Is this ability available?

How can I add multiple clients to one appointment time?
