Feature Request: Multiple-Day Appointments

Hi,  my wife and I operate a small equipment hire business. I need to have customers book services( eg Trailer hire) for their duration of hire.  The appointments app only lets them book against one day at a time. For a three day hire: That means three seperate bookings. Three contracts etc etc

Appoints may not be the right platform.

any suggestions?

I've raised this thread again with the Product Team to see where it currently stands on our development roadmap. In the meantime, I reached out to our Partnerships Team, and they mentioned that the Checkfront integration offers the ability to create multi-day appointments. From looking at this myself, it seems to be more tailored towards tours, accommodation, and rentals, so it might not be the perfect fit for you. However, feel free to take a look and see what you think. Just keep in mind that there is an additional cost associated with integrating with Checkpoint, and you can find all the details on this page.

I'll keep you updated here once I hear back from the Product Team!

bumping this as I'm trying to add in a 65hr labor job to our service inventory and finding that Square maxes out at 24hrs. We do aviation services and many of my inspections exceed 24hrs in labor. 

any insights would be appriecated.

Would like to use software for my hire centre, could you use square appointment to help manage customers and stock?

Rent out mobility scooter and bikes

for 1 day to a week.

While Square Appointments doesn't currently support multi-day booking, It has been raised as a feature request in the past. So, I’ve gone ahead and merged your post with that thread, so that you can keep up to date if there are any developments from our product team. 

Looking at the discussion around rentals and hire, I can see that our integration partner Checkfront might offer a solution that could work for your business. You can check them out on the Square App Marketplace, here.

I’ve also taken a quick look directly on the Checkfront website, and can see that they support multi-day booking and also offer Resource Management.
