I would like to be able to monitor open tickets from my Dashboard on my desktop in my office, is there a way to add this to my dashboard or view open tickets from here?

As of now, the ability to view Open Tickets are device specific and not available on the Online Dashboard. While we don't have a shareable timeline to give, we will be sure to notify everyone here on this thread with any pertinent updates.

@Helen Hello, This would be useful for me too, and I need to be able to see deleted tickets and modified tickets. Or disable modification or deletion of tickets once they print. Allowing the cashier to do these things without monitoring them could open us up to theft.
I would also like to add my request for the ability to view and edit open tickets from my desk top. We allow customers to keep tickets open for a period of time and then invoice them. I would like to be able to do this without interrupting my front end workers access to the POS.
There isn't a way to view an open ticket within the Square Dashboard at this time. We're tracking this feature request within this thread, and will provide updates as we receive them from our Square Product teams.
I find that I need to be able to produce client tickets from another room via my desktop dashboard rather from the Square app on my phone since I don't have great service via phone. This causes interruptions in real-time appended updates to tickets at the check out and clients are failing to pay the correct/appended/updated amount. The desktop app and terminal app communicate extremely well, so I need to be able to view/update tickets on my desktop for this reason. Does anyone have the "how-to" for me? I can't find it.
You can't find it because it is impossible. This thread is asking Square to provide the ability to create/modify/view Open Tickets in the Square Dashboard. So far, nothing.
I would also like to request the ability to view open tickets on the square dashboard. It is a necessary component for me to run my business. Could this please be added soon?
this year we used invoices which emailed to customers which they laid from their phones (contactless payments!) and it seems that invoices work the way we might want open tickets to work .. in that anyone could create one and then it's was accessible to anyone else to follow up Not perfect, but close.
Can a ticket be created at the dashboard in addition to the POS ipad. We take a lot of orders for future pick up and would like to put them in the system on the back end.
