Discount Codes to be used when booking an appointment online

I'd like to offer a special for clients for booking online, but there is no option for them to enter in a discount code when booking their appointment. This would be an essential asset to business marketing, promotions and bookings. It's important to have pre-paid booking options, but if i want to offer a discount, there doesn't seem to be any way to do this

I’m still looking to find out how to discount a service, from square appointments? This is a big deal. If we can’t offer discounts immediately and regularly, it is of great concern. I could very easily be missing it. Can anyone direct me?

No, you can’t offer discounts this way. It’s unfortunate and it’s why I had to switch to a different booking system. Acuity is going to be your best option for offering discounts on appointments.

Hello @Lhmt, are you looking for the ability to apply a discount when a customer is self booking online? Or are you having trouble applying a discount at check out?

@Lhmt adding a discount at checkout follows the same steps as Square Point of Sale.

So I guess SQUARE is telling us all to go to Acuity instead ehh?  This is a lenghty thread spanning over a year of people begging for a way to apply their discount code to an online appointment. And they have refused to add it...O.....K....I also need this function.

I need this function as well! In an attempt to ensure ALL APPOINTMENTS BOOKED ONLINE it is important to 

make PROMO CODES available to those who have earned the discount and see the instant gradification to first time clients who are offered a discount for booking.

@NewUser587 @Skinrenascence I know promo codes are important to sellers like you who accept online bookings and I'm sorry this feature is not available yet. We'll continue to share your feedback with the Appointments team and hopefully we'll have a solution soon.
