Delete Coupons

Dashboard/POS has the ability to create coupons, but these are not connected to Online. As it currently stands, you can only expire a POS coupon, but not delete them. I'd like to see the ability to delete the coupons much the same as you can in Online.

Alternatively, perhaps sync coupons between the two platforms which will provide the delete functionality.

After having to answer this question over and over again, I’d like to put in a feature request.  Could you folks please consider combining POS discounts, Online coupons and Marketing coupons into one master coupon/discount list that will work everywhere?  Of course, we’d need the option to specify where each works, but would still want one list so that we aren’t having to duplicate effort.

Yes, the Dark Lord did create lots of rings, but he created one ring to rule them all.  I’d think that this universal principle applies to coupons & discounts, too.  Ha.

I appreciate you posting this request to make a unified process for coupons between Point of Sale and Square Online. Having the ability for these two to communicate easier would be a huge relief to our sellers. 

Right now, I am going to change the status to "reviewed". This means our Product Team is going to evaluate the future of this request. Keep an eye on any status changes going forward.

I would like to be able to edit my activated coupons and delete my expired coupons, please.

Why are we currently unable to edit or delete coupons? It makes no sense to me. I think it would be extremely helpful to be able to edit active coupons, and delete inactive coupons. Please!

Please add the option to Edit and/or Delete Marketing coupons. It is highly inconvenient to have to recreate a code if you make an error or want to change something down the line. This also makes for a messy screen, trying to sort through which coupon codes are still active, expired, etc. Thank you!
