I bought square POS for the bar I am opening because I use square at my other business. I am able to get a bottle of liquor and divide it into shots and put that in the inventory and square will effectively track this when someone orders a shot. But I cannot ring in a cocktail and have the ingredients removed from available inventory, (ALL OTHER POS SYSTEMS FOR RESTAURANTS DO THIS). IT IS A DEAL BREAKER, I HATE TO STOP USING SQUARE BUT I WILL HAVE TO.
