Can a customer use square gift cards to prepay in Square Appointments?

I want to start offering Square Gifts Cards or ecards, but I don't see an option for my clients to use them to Pre-Pay on my square Appointments page...they can only pay with credit cards.

The ability to pay with a Square Gift Card on your Appointments booking page isn't available at this time, but that is a great idea and would be a tremendous help to sellers (especially during the holidays). 

We'll let you know if we get an update or further information on this.

Hey there,  @Nitya77 - the ability to prepay using a Square Gift Card is not available with appointments.

Hi – I just set up egift cards on my site. I’m a Reiki therapist and people prepay for appointments. I did a test of buying one, and when  I tried to schedule an appointment and pay with that gift card I couldn’t do it. I’ve been searching for information about how to enable payment with egift cards and I can’t find it. Please help!

Using Gift Cards for Square Appointment prepayments is currently a feature we don't have available. It's a popular feature request, and we'll make sure to post an update regarding this feature when we hear one. Thanks for your patience!

I would also like to vote for this feature.  Customers definitely want the ability to pay in part or in full for their appointments with egift cards.  Thanks!
