Can I Make a Service with Variable Duration/Pricing?

I would like to set up my services/appointments like this:

Phone Reading

-10 minutes (default)

-20 minutes (price adjusts with selection)

-30 minutes (price adjusts with selection)

-40 minutes (price adjusts with selection)

-60 minutes (price adjusts with selection)

In-Person Reading

-45 minutes (default)

-60 minutes (price adjusts with selection)

Instead of the way I am doing it now... which is a mess. It looks like this:

Phone Reading (10 minutes)

Phone Reading (20 minutes)

Phone Reading (30 minutes)

Phone Reading (40 minutes)

Phone Reading (60 minutes)

In-Person Reading (45 minutes)

In-Person Reading (60 minutes)

I just don't want that many services on my booking module, I want to clean it up and show that they are one service with various durations to choose from. Is this possible or can the feature please be added to the appointment module? Appreciate any help.

Hello @VL! You can set a service to have a variable price, this Support Center article has more information about setting Pricing Options for Services. For example you could have the price 'Starting At' a specific price, or that the 'Price Varies'.

There isn't a way to set a variable duration for a service at this time, those have to be set by you. I'll share your request with our Appointments team and if this is available in future we'll let you know. Thanks for sharing this request!

Instead of having a service that someone does we want to offer time in our VIP rooms. Is there a way to allow customers to set a custom amount of time in a room?

Also as a side note we would like to also have the first hour one price and additional hours at a different price.

I have an event space section to my retail business.  This space is rented for meetings, showers, bdays, etc by the hour.  When I select a service, it requires me to put in a duration.  When I select 1 hour, they are only billed for 1 hour.  How do I go about creating a service that allows them to select that they would like the space for $x/hour for, let's say, 2 hours and charge them to reserve the time slot on our calendar?

Hi @liotta419! There is a way to set up your appointments this way, you (as the owner) must set the duration. I'm sorry about that! It's a request we've heard before—we're tracking it here.
