We own Hamilton Family Wines and have a wine club. We ship twice a year. Every time we run our club there are a large number of cards declined because they have expired. This means we have to call and/or email each customer to get an updated card expiration date. We are actively looking at competitors almost solely because of this issue. There are several other requests for this feature in the community and responses from Square saying this Feature Request already exists. After going through all 56 pages of Feature Requests I can tell you it does not.
