Well, this is not a new idea. It's been being requested repeated for at least 6 years now. We need a sync to Apple Calendar. I just started experimenting with Square Appointments. I'm not sure I can switch with out Apple Calendar Sync.
You are able to sync your personal calendars to your Appointments, we recommend checking out this article to get that set up. If it is giving you trouble doing that, or not syncing properly, please let us know!

@Ellie_ Unless I’m missing something, that article only indicates that appointments can be synced to Google calendars — not to Apple’s Calendar or to anyone else’s calendars. It is definitely a feature that has been often requested for Square to allow syncing to other calendars besides Google’s.
Having said that, @doctornote is there something preventing you from creating a Google calendar for this purpose? Then you can add that Google calendar account to your Apple devices to merge its contents with your other calendar. I know it’s not perfect, but that should allow anyone using any device/operating system to just add that Google calendar to see current appointments, unless I’m missing something. As far as the user of Apple’s Calendar app is concerned, it looks seamless and like one happy calendar!

How is this a “delivered” item when there is currently no direct integration or sync with Apple iCal? Can we bring a basic feature to 2025? No the google workaround did not work for me, created more calendars, more headaches and it only works one way. If I update a new item in my google calendar it does not add it to appointments as busy or an appointment. So this NOT DELIVERED in my view.
