whys my website giving a privacy error NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID

go daddy said its a issue with weebly. ive downloaded new certs but have no idea where to stick them

I had this same problem for a couple of days. GoDaddy wasn't much help (I eventually moved my domain to another company)

Did you just recently assign this domain to your Square site?

I'm not sure on the new certs thing.

Try clearing your cookies/cache in your own browser and previewing your site again. For me, it was my own internet that was not recognizing the new cert. Once refreshed it was fine.

my ssl cert auto renewed on godaddy. they told me to download the cert and install on weebly server. i have no idea how to do that. very frustrated.

Thanks for the URL. You need to point the A-records to our server IP here: 199.34.228.164 on Go Daddy’s end. Please contact their support team to provide our A-records IP as we don’t assist with third party.

is there a way to get rid of godaddy all together and move everything to weebly?

You are welcome to transfer the domain name to your Square Online Website. However, we recommend that you point the A- records before initiating the transfer. 

The domain transfer has a cost of $19.95 and can be purchased under the domains tab. Also, the domain must be at least 60 days old and not on a registrar light to be eligible for transfer.
