why won't my Imc recognize the square tile?

I am processing on my iMac, and every time I need to run a card through I have to start all over as if this has never happened before. I get stupid pages and questions instead of just allowing me to proceed, which I then have to close, wasting time on. I have clicked the microphone and said always let Square use the microphone. This happens every time! Arrgh! Beyond frustrating.

This definitely sounds frustrating, but I'd be happy to take a look. Do you have a screenshot of the messages or popups you are seeing?

Please let me know by replying in this thread. I'll keep an eye out for your response.
