why is the sales report not reflect all sales totals at the end of day(4PM) this happens

We close at 4PM. at times our totals sales are not correct when we print out a report. 

It does show up at midnight. This sometimes happens when sales people check sales ‘so far’ mid day. 

Shouldn't sales totals be current and print out reflect current totals anytime?

Thanks for posting in the Seller Community. 

Just so I understand your question, are you saying that when you pull sales reports they aren't reflecting the payments taken within your business hours? Meaning that they would be reflecting the total sales for that day, starting at 12am?
