I see that a customer can remove a credit/debit card if they have one on file for a recurring invoice series, however I have not found an answer to my question. I know I can cancel/end a recurring invoice series on my end. Can the customer also end a recurring invoice series?
Hey! Welcome to the Seller Community! Recurring invoices can only be cancelled from the Merchant's end, from the Dashboard. There currently isn't a way to cancel from the Buyer's side. If a buyer wants to cancel a recurring invoice, they would have to contact the merchant (the merchant's email address is on the bottom of the invoice).
