verify identity for square register POS

I purchased a square register POS for a food truck and got stuck in "verify identity" the online setup guide, when I click on "setup guide" then "verify identity" it takes me back to the dashboard showing 38% setup progress, anyone know how I can get verified and finish the setup/verify identity process? thanks in advance

That doesn't sound like it's working as it should, obviously.  I'd recommend contacting Square Support for assistance.
