updatiing prices on the POS

Trying to update prices on the POS and when I try to save them, it warns me, if I want to save on this device or all devices, and I check all devices and it doesn't save.  It errors out and says check your network connection.  There is nothing wrong with my network, since it works and I use it all day with the square POS???  I need to be able to change prices on the fly, when it comes up from time to time...in the past it was easy and quick...something changed in the process....

Hi @cubenam, thanks for flagging and sorry to hear about this — sounds frustrating.

 

How soon after making changes are you checking the other devices? It may take a few moments for the items on other devices to sync up to the recent change.

 

If you're still getting the error message, please contact our Support team directly with an example item that you're trying to edit and a screenshot of the error. With that information, a team member will be able to check on specifics and help get this sorted out as soon as possible. Appreciate your help with this information!

Thanks Tom, 

 

It won't let me change the prices or save the price change on the fly,  so that is what is frustrating about it...I've contact support directly but appreciate your input.
