may i use second reader with another  phone connected to same business, same  banking account?

Absolutely! You can have as many devices connected to one account as you’d like! We have 4 Registers, three iPads, 1 Terminal, and 3 phones all hooked into our shop, and we use them all simultaneously with no issues
