turning appointments into invoices

Payment is required at time of booking

Question: how do I schedule the appointment/s  on behalf of the client and create an invoice for that specific appointment?

Welcome to our Seller Community! We're thrilled to have you as a part of the conversation.

You can manually create appointments using the Appointments app or your Dashboard. 

Once the appointment is created, you can use Invoice as the payment type as long as you have it active. This can only be done from the Appointments app. You would simply go through the steps like you are checking the Appointment out > then choose "invoice" instead of swiping or choosing cash.
