trouble adding the Feature Photo under the Public Profile section

The Feature photo under the public profile section is suggested to be 2880px x 1144 px.

I've created a 2 photo collage that is close to that size, but when I import it the box is square not long & the program offers a square crop option.  How do I add the long photo that this spot recomends?   TY
