transfers not appearing from transactions

Hi, We have been selling Christmas puddings for 19 years and the past 2 years using Square at farmers markets. I noticed that no transfers have had happened for the months of September or October into the nominated bank account and I checked the desktop app for square and no transactions are appearing for the whole of this year. But you can see the historical reports for previous years. However, they are appearing on our iPhone app that's attached to the reader. Any clues what may be going on here?

I see this is your first post, welcome to the seller community.

 

This sounds very strange 

 

My first though would be a different account being used on iphone. Check the account that's logged in to the iphone vs the one on the dashboard.

 

If you reckon it's all in order, it definitely warrants a call to Square support. I'm sure they could track it down based on the transaction Id on the iphone.

 

Definitely not a good feeling when funds go missing.
