I allow online booking but now I need to change my hours. I did input my new hours but now they are all screwed up.  Some new hours show up, some old hours are still in there.  Is there like, a reset or anything so I can start from scratch and get the correct hours straightened out?  Thank you!

Hi @kaaarlee!

 

Is it just you using Square Appointments on your account? If so, you'll want to make sure that your business hours up to date through your Account & Settings tab of your Online Dashboard. 

 

To do this, you'll click on Account & Settings > Business Select your location > Scroll down to where your Business Hours are and change those to reflect your Appointment availability.

 

If you continue to run into issues, definitely give our Customer Success Team a call and ask for the Appointments Team. They'll be able to dive in deeper with you!
