request a receipt

I submitted a request for a receipt via the transaction search page and it tells me to CONTACT US to request a receipt but provides no contact information for non-vendors on how to do so.  Any information would be helpful.  Thanks.

You need to have a Square Point of Sale account to post in the Seller Community. Since you've started an account, you can reach out Customer Success Team via email. 

 

Just follow the steps in Customer Code & Phone Number - Where is it? Only you'll select the email option.
