receipt doesn't come out after I replace a new roll of receipt paper

My TSP 100 printer are having issues every time it went out of paper. So when we replace a new roll of receipt paper after the old one went out, it will not print. We have to delete the Square App and reinstall it in order for it to be functional again. Is there any thing we can do to solve the problem?

Hello @Chaexpress This sounds very weird. Are you using an USB Interface printer? Also do you know the exact model number? It should be on the bottom of the printer, Star Micronics writes TSP 100 on almost all of their printers.

Yes I am using the USB connection and the model number is tsp 100II.

Interesting, that one isn't pulling up on our compatible hardware list

 

Typically for Square Stand USB issues I would recomend checking all of your cable connections. 

 

If the problem persists you might want to contact Star Micronics Support Team. They might have a little more insight into what's going on with the printer.
