We are a tax exempt not for profit using square to sell concessions at one of our events. We never set up any tax but square keeps prompting us to do so. Would someone please advise as to how we should proceed?
We created a tax labeled Tax Exempt. The percentage was set at 0%. Save it then apply/set it to the items that are tax exempt. It will show on the receipt, Tax Exempt and $0.00.
