Hello All! I have a transaction that has not been completed, hence not charge, hence I won't be paid. It appears on the Transaction Status Report as "Not Charged." The instructions tell me I can "recharge the transaction from this report," but there appears to be no way to select the transaction, and no "Charge" or "Cancel" buttons. What am I missing? Help! -Erik

Sounds like your payments were voided. Once a payment is voided we’re unable to retroactively process it. You’ll need to run this payment again to receive the funds because it's outside the window to run the transaction again from the Point of Sale.
