online account items different from phone

When I log in to my Square account online and set up items, I cannot see them on all the locations when I log in using my phone, even though I can online.  Anyone have any ideas?

Hey @mmandell - Quick question, when you set up your items, did you make it so that items are available at all of your locations? You can see how to do that at Manage Multiple Locations. Your items won't show up in the location you're signed into if it is not checked off within your Item Management Settings. If you do have it set up correctly, reach out to our CS team directly and they can take a look at your account to make sure that everything checks out on our end.
