new employee sign-in problems

Square is not recognizing new employee signing into Register on their phone using the same email address that I've set up in Locations and Employees even though they are using their Device code that was sent to them.  If they sign into Create Account, it thinks they want to create a new Register account.  I need help and an answer FAST.  My tradeshow is tomorrow!

Square is not allowing our new employees to sign in and begin accepting credit cards.  We were able to send one invite and the new employee says it has expired.  We are unable to resend the link.  Our tradeshow is TODAY and there is no 24 hour help service.  Frustrating!!
