Everytime I use my square register app, my inventory is never correct, old items appear even if they are deleted online. The only thing that updates is my register stand.
@rrowe1975 That sounds a bit off. Typically you need to sign out of the App and then sign back in for your items to be in sync.
If you have signed out, and the items in the App are not updating could you share some screen shots? Let's get to the bottom of this!

@rrowe1975 - Our Engineers also suggested that you delete, and then reinstall the Square app. 👍
