my domain name directs customers to two different sites.

I purchased my domain name thru square and built my website with them but for some reason some customers keep showing me that my domain name directs them to another page that has nothing to do with my business or website when they enter my domain name. my website is published and to some they can view it just fine but to others they cant. please help.
