my customer is international in italy how can i add his phone number and billing

I have a customer that is in Italy.   I need to bill his debit card for services but I am unable to add an international phone number to his customer info and I am unable to charge his card?  Please help?

We are interested in a solution for international customers too as there's no way in Square to save international phone numbers.
