I had a client end up with multiple charges on her account after she visited me, they were for different amounts and not all in my name?? Any ideas?
I don't know what to tell you but if they were charged form different names and for different amounts then it was not an accidental double charge.
They all say square cash which is really confusing? I told her to monitor it until Monday to see if they maybe fall off.
definetly not to do with you if you are using Square POS app. Square Cash charges and Square POS app charge are 2 different things. your sale should show up as "SQ* Your Company Name"
I believe the Square Cash is in regards to the free downloaded mobile app, Cash App, which is a division of Square, but as stated above- not in reference to the Square POS system.
