modifier order number restrictions for online ordering

For online ordering, is there a away to put an order number restriction on a modifier? I run a film lab and we require a minimum of 3 rolls of film for people to select printing. Is there away to set that on our modifier?

HI, yes, you can specify Minimum Required / Maximum Allowed on your Modifiers.

Online Dashboard, Items, Site Items, select your item, Add/Manage Modifier, create your Modifier, Name your Checklist, add your Choice click Done, add your Choice click Done etc for all your Choices, Save, Done (this adds the Modifier to your item and appears under Modifiers on your item), far right click the 3 dots, select Customize (pop up Modifier Settings) Minimum Required (none, 1, 2 or 3) and/or Maximum Allowed (no maximum, 1, 2 or 3), Done

Yes I have seen that, but that modifies the amount of choices they can make on the modifier. I want them not to be able to select anything on that specific modifier unless they have at least 3 of that item.

HI, you restrict the Modifier to minimum of 3 / maximum of 3.

Thank you, but I'm not sure you are understanding. Or unless there is another location for minimum/maximum and I'm not seeing it. 

The only thing I see under modifier settings says "how many choices can your shopper pick?" Min/Max

I want them not to be able to make ANY of those choices on that one modifier unless they have added 3 of that item.
