Hi there.
Once you complete a payment, there isn't a way to go back and edit the payment itself. This includes which location the payment was taken at.
The only way to log those payments to the correct location would be to refund the payments and process them in the location that they belong in.
Hopefully another seller can chime in and share their own solution that they used with you if it's happened to them in the past.
