im trying to run a payment it says im offline im not howndoninrun a payment

I cant run a manual card it says I'm offline im not how do I fix this

Hey @Lisastern. If you tried to run a card and it gave you an offline error, it means that you did not have internet connectivity at the time. 

 

Square allows you to work on offline mode should this happen again. However, there are a couple of things to keep in mind. This is a feature that needs to be turned on via your Square app, it does not turn on automatically. Also, Square is not responsible for any declined or lost transactions as the system does require you to connect back to the internet within 72 hours.
