i am trying to signup with my itin but square is not identify my itin and said try again

i am trying to create square account i have ein and itin both i am trying to create new account but when i got the section identify your self i put itin and they said we are unable to identify try again i already try 2 times now i am bit confuse whats happeing what i do i contact to support and they said we are unable to verify manually
