How can I see if a client received an email and text reminder for her appointment? I want to check to see if time/date for confirmations. She said she has not received but everyone else has.

If you open up the Customer Profile in the Customer Directory - we can view the information you have on that client (confirming the email and phone number are correct) as well as you will be able to see if an email was sent out to the customer.
This will all be in the activity section of the customer profile. If you have active notifications on - for your appointments - the text should also automatically send.
If it seems this is not happening, please reach out to our Appointment team as they will need to do some in depth troubleshooting to see if there is something else going on with that customer.
