How do I connect with food truck on a chip reader? Cell or wifi?

I have a food truck in an area where cell service is often unavailable & wi-fi is also nearly non existent. I would like to have a card/chip reader with receipt printing in areas where I can connect. Will this work?

You'll really want to look into a mobile hotspot for your business to be be able to accept payment when WiFi access is not accessible.
