how do i find the order i placed online for a chipless card reader?

Hi @tizfixer. If you ordered a Mag-stripe only Card Reader, it should arrive within 10 days. 

For the Square Contactless and Chip Card Reader, once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. You should receive the reader in 5-7 business days and you’ll receive an email with tracking info as soon as your reader has shipped.

If after that time you're still not seeing your Square Reader, write in to our Support Team and they can get you taken care of.

You should see it as an email that is associated with your Square account. It will have shipping/tracking information attached to it. Have fun selling stuff.
