Yesterday, I logged into our Square store to add a couple of items. We don't use our store very much, and I don't think we had added anything new since January.
It prompted me to update to the new platform, saying the old platform is no longer supported (after Feb 27?)
However, it's been 24 hours and my store still isn't finished "replicating." We only have about 100 items. I can't understand how it's taking so long. I now think something is wrong...but I don't know what to do.
I know many Square users are dealing with bigger crises in this pandemic...but we are a PTO trying to make graduation and end-of-year special for our kids. I need to get our site live again!

Can anyone advise if it should take this long to "replicate" to the new platform?
I'm trying to call the help center but it's telling me it's closed, even though it's business hours.

That is odd that it's taken so long for the migration. It sounds like something has gone wrong with the process.
I would recommend calling our Support Team for help on migrating over.
