how do you select multiple of the same modifier on an item?

For example, I have a pizza shop and a customer wants to order a medium pizza. They ask for pepperoni on it, so i click the add pepperoni modifier option. They then decide they want double pepperoni. The modifier window however only allows me to add pepperoni once, and to get double I have to add a different topping for the price, then type in the notes section double pep. 1. This shows up on the customers reciept and confuses them on what they are actually getting vs. what they actually ordered. And 2. It is very bulky and time consuming for my employees to have to type all out on the fly in the middle of lunch or dinner rush.

I hope there is an easy work around for this, thank you.

There isn't a way to select an option multiple times.  I would suggest in that situation I would have a list of toppings and then an option for double of each topping later in the list, or if all toppings are the same price it could just be a double option so you could select pepperoni and then double.

You can create a separate modifier for adding items. For example; you have the add pepperoni, they can then have the choice to add extra pepperoni. You just create a new modifier that says add additional pepperoni or add additional sausage or whatever you want to let them add. Hope this helps.
