Hi fellas, I was wondering how do i stop my team members from having to reset their password.

Are your team members using their email address and password to sign in?
If individual team members forget the password they created, the quickest way to reset this would be through a direct password reset link. They can request a password reset link by going to the sign in page, and selecting Forgot Password. Alternatively, I'd suggest using one set of Team Permissions, which allows you to set up a shared team passcode for all team members.

Hello. Thank you for your prompt response. Yes they are using an email and password to login. But every 30 days the systems asks them to reset it. Is there anyway I can deactivate that option becuase we would like not to use it? Best regards
