I think you have to link your debit card for instant transfers. Try that.

When using your Square Card you have the option to store your balance to use it just like a debit card. The other options are Automatic or Manual transfers. 

If Instant Transfer isn't available, it could be because it hasn't been used enough. When starting out with Instant Transfers it can limit to 1 use per day until it's been more utilized.
