There is not a way to delete transactions. 

There isnt a reason to delete them as you aren’t going to run out of space on Square’s servers.   We have well over 100,000 transactions and everything works fine. Not like they old days of shoeboxes full of receipt duplicates you needed to keep for years.

Data storage capacity may not be the issue. Perhaps long term storage of business data on the internet may not be desired.
