how can I let my employees make invoices on pc without seeing all my private information.

It is easier for my employees to make invoices on the pc but if they login to square they see all my private company information. Therefore it has become a burdern because only a couple of us can make invoices on the pc. Making invoices on the ipad or square register is available but it just takes too much time plus attachments cannot be added. Any help out there?

Hi @charliestrophie - Do you have Employee Management set up? If not, Tom's answer in this thread details how to set up Employee Permissions so that they can generate Invoices while allowing you to restrict their access to other features. If you already have Employee Management set up, then you'll need to make sure that everyone is logging into the computer with their own employee login so that the restrictions you set still apply.* If you log in with your owner login through the computer, then they'll be able to see everything that you can see.

*Note: They'll need to be given Dashboard access in order to be able to log in with their own email and password, but you can still restrict what areas of the Dashboard they can see. You can enable this by editing and assigning them a Role. Check out Helen's answer in this thread for steps on how to do that.
