google workspace suddenly suspended

Hi, can anyone please help. My google workspace has suddenly been suspended, I don't undertand why, and I am not receiving any business emails suddenly. I cannot re-activate on my google account because it was set up via a reseller, ie weebly, but no support open now at Weebly. hoping someone can help me out.

3. Go to "Other", then "I don't see my issue"

4. Click "Message us", "Email us" or "Call Us"
