One option you could try is adding a link to Google Reviews to your receipts. I don't have any experience personally with elfsight.com, though. Have you thought about making an online store with Square Online?

Ah, ok - thanks for clarifying. You could try linking to Google Reviews from the footer of your site for general reviews about your business; if you disable syncing of item descriptions, you can then make text links within the item description text. You could link that directly to Google reviews for the item.

I am curious about adding Google Reviews to my Weebly site. Does Square offer a widget building app to embed the reviews?

At this time Square Online Sites do include an HTML embed section. If you have an HTML code to embed your reviews you would be able to use it.
