fail to link my chase transactional debit card. how can i fix this. spoke with my bank and they sai

Hi there I'm new to square. I've successfully linked my bank account but when I tried to link my debit card which is a chase card I keep getting error message that it's unable to link. I spoke to a representative at my bank and they said it must be a problem with square because my account is eligible for square requirements.
